Community officials meet with RCMP

Officials from the towns of Hardisty and Sedgewick, the Village of Amisk, and Flagstaff County met with members of the RCMP on Monday, March 6 to discuss the rural crime rate, perception of crime, and to discuss options for response.

Trump signs order to advance Keystone, Dakota pipelines

The pipeline would run from Canada to U.S. refineries in the Gulf Coast. The U.S. government needs to approve the pipeline because it crossed the border.

Road Construction

Attention Residents; Road Construction is scheduled to begin on the intersection of Luken Ave. and 44th Street on Saturday Sept 24th. During the various construction phases the intersection will be closed to all traffic. 44th Street will only be open to local traffic for the purpose of accessing Willow Crescent and Meadow lane. There will be no through traffic flow. Residents may access Luken Avenue by using either 50th Avenue or 51st Avenue.

Our partners and friends at CP Rail have reminded us that Rail Safety is up to all of us. With students back in class for the 2016-17 school year, we want to do our part to remind everyone to stay safe.
