Munisight is a geographic information system (GIS). You can access a wide range of information about a parcel of land, such as civic address, legal location, assessment information, lot dimensions etc. You are able to view the Municipality in map form or orthographic image, which is aerial photograph.
If you are looking at developing, Munisight will allow you to put in lines to show where you are thinking of building, and it will provide you with measurements. You can search for a property by the address, legal location, roll number, or GPS coordinates.
